The Katharine
Built-in 1910 as a residence for aspiring young businesswomen, The landmarked eight-story brick building has a classic, pre-war composition with a winsome exterior. Using The Katharine’s history as inspiration for the brand I wanted to showcase that these seven luxury condos have that alluring uptown elegance while still keeping with the excitement that downtown has to offer.
